Every plan begins with diagnosis and a conversation about your goals, needs, timeline, and long-term maintenance.
For patients
Your first visit should feel clear and organized.
Your first prosthodontic appointment typically includes a careful review of your concerns, medical and dental history, and an initial assessment. When a customized treatment plan is needed, additional records such as x-rays, photographs, impressions or scans may be recommended.
Insurance & payment
MY Prosthodontic Dental Clinic is a non-assignment office. Payment is due at the appointment and insurance reimbursement is sent directly to the patient. Claims can be submitted electronically as a courtesy.
For referring dentists
Collaborative prosthodontic care.
We welcome referrals and value communication with your office. Upon completion of prosthodontic care, patients are directed back to their general dentist for continued care.
